Privacy Policy
How this website handles your information, written to describe what it actually does rather than what a template assumes.

The short version
Reading this site is private. As it stands today it sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from anyone else’s servers, so browsing these pages tells us nothing about you and tells nobody else that you were here.
Submitting the contact form is different, and deliberately so. What you type goes to us and to the software we run enquiries in. That is described in full below.
Who we are
Armor Estimating LLC, Katy, Texas. You can reach us at info@armorestimating.com or 281-352-5225. We provide insurance supplement, estimating and recoverable depreciation services to contractors across the United States.
What we collect
Only what the contact form asks for, and only if you submit it:
- Your company name and your full name
- Your phone number and email address
- The types of work you do
- Roughly how many claims you handle a month
- Who handles your estimates today
- Whatever you write in the box about your biggest challenge
- How you heard about us
- Whether you ticked either text message consent box
If you email or call us instead, we hold whatever you tell us in that email or on that call, for the same purposes.
What this site does not do
All of the following is true of these pages as published on the date at the top:
- No cookies. Reading this site does not set a single one.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no heatmaps.
- No third-party content on the page. The fonts, images, styles and code all come from this site, so loading a page does not tell any other company that you were here.
- No advertising profiles. We do not build them and we do not buy them.
Like every website, the server hosting this one keeps technical records of the requests it receives, which can include an IP address, a timestamp and which page was asked for. Those exist to keep the site running and secure. They are not used to identify you and not combined with anything else.
Advertising and conversion tracking
We advertise, and advertising platforms normally ask you to place a tracking tag on your website so they can tell which clicks turned into enquiries. This site does not carry one today. There is no pixel here, and nothing on these pages reports your visit back to an ad platform.
If that changes we will say so here before it goes live and name the platform. The machinery to ask you first is already built into this site: the moment any tracking tag is added, a bar appears at the bottom of the page asking whether you want it, and the tag does not load unless you say yes. Rejecting is one press, sits next to Accept rather than behind a settings menu, and is remembered. A Cookie settings link appears in the footer so you can change your mind later.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat that as a refusal and do not ask. If you are reading a version of this page that still says there is no tracking, then there is none, and no bar will appear because there is nothing to ask about.
Why we hold it and what we do with it
To reply to you, to work out whether we are a good fit for each other, and if we go ahead, to run your files. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where a submitted form goes
When you press the button on the contact form, what you typed is sent from your browser to the customer relationship platform we run enquiries in, which is operated for us by a third party. It is stored on that provider’s systems as well as reaching us. The provider processes it on our instructions and for no purpose of its own.
This happens only when you submit the form. Reading the page sends nothing anywhere. Beyond that provider, your information is shared only where we are legally required to share it, and it is never sold or rented.
Text messages
The two consent boxes on the form are separate and both are optional. Ticking neither does not stop us contacting you about your enquiry by phone or email, and you are never required to agree to marketing messages in order to work with us.
- Service messages are about your files and your account.
- Marketing messages are offers, discounts and service updates.
Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Your mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of a conversation and then deleted on request. Records connected to work we have actually done are kept for as long as we need them for the claim, our accounts and our legal obligations. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
Write to info@armorestimating.com and ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will not charge you and we will not treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live you may have specific statutory rights over your personal information, and we will honour them.
Children
This is a service for building contractors. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged on the page itself.
