1. Services overview

Armor Estimating LLC provides property damage estimating, supplement preparation, recoverable depreciation filing and claim support services for contractors, restoration professionals and property owners. Services include damage estimate preparation, insurance supplement management, claim status follow-up, and updates by CRM, email and SMS.

We are not a public adjuster, a law firm or an insurer, and nothing we provide is legal advice or a public adjusting service. Where a file needs a licensed public adjuster or an attorney, we will say so and hand it to one.

2. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate documentation, to respond in reasonable time to requests for information, to ensure everything you give us is truthful and not misleading, and to tell us promptly when claim status, contact details or project scope change. Our work is only as good as what you send us, and an estimate built on inaccurate documentation is your responsibility, not ours.

3. Estimates and deliverables

Estimates prepared by Armor Estimating are professional opinions based on the documentation and information provided to us. We do not guarantee insurance approval, payment amounts or any particular outcome. We are not responsible for carrier denials, underpayments or disputes arising from carrier review.

We list only and all of the items you repaired or replaced. We will not add items that were not performed, and we will decline to submit anything we believe to be inaccurate.

4. Communication and SMS messaging

By engaging us you agree that we may contact you about your files by email and phone. Text messages are separate: consent to service texts and consent to marketing texts are each optional, are collected separately, and neither is a condition of working with us.

Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for help. Communication preferences can be updated at any time by writing to info@armorestimating.com.

5. Payment terms

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services on non-payment. No money is required upfront to begin a first file, and we do not require a long-term contract.

6. Intellectual property

All estimates, reports, templates, workflows and other materials produced by Armor Estimating remain the intellectual property of Armor Estimating LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. The content, design and code of this website are ours as well.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Armor Estimating makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of estimates.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Armor Estimating LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of our services, your breach of these terms, or inaccurate information you provided.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Outstanding fees remain due on termination. We retain copies of work product and communications.

11. This website

Figures shown on this site describing past results are actual settled figures from real files, shown to illustrate what a second look can be worth. They are not a prediction, a projection or a promise of what any other claim will recover. Every job is scoped on its own facts.

Drawings and documents shown on this site are illustrative. They are not any client’s property, scope or paperwork, and no client information appears anywhere on this site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Your continued use of this site or our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
